I have a TON of recipes, but all from cookbook, magazines, etc. We have a few family ones. Canadian Pork stuffing for one. HA! What did you do? Answer: I have a TON of recipes, but all from cookbook, magazines, etc. We have a few family ones. Canadian Pork stuffing for one. HA! What did you do? Is it bad to make your Mom type some? LOL!!! honestly, some are from my Mom, some I had stored at home on my laptop and some I have typed the recipe name into "google" and voila...I have found it..copied and pasted, changed a few things and sent them to Jen and Nik.:) Deb...tell tell anyone, but one of them is Tortiere...mmmmmm. Answer: Deb - if they are from a cookbook or from a magazine note the source. We are putting a disclaimer on the cookbook that we do not know the source of all of the recipes... We better see some of your recipes! I don't even know how to pronounce one of the recipes that Ang submitted! Answer: me teach you Canadian Engish when I get there.:) Answer: Ha! I probably have all the same ones as Ang! At least the French Canadian ones. Answer: me teach you Canadian Engish when I get there.:) I already know how to pronounce eh :) Deb, I bet you have a bunch of vegetarian recipes. Even your tortilla lasagna! Answer: I'll TRY to have some in by the deadline. I'm SWAMPED at work - this is my 'lunch' hour.... AAAHHHH! Answer: I saw Ang's recipe for French Meat Pie..........I might have to have a duel with her with MY French Meat Pie recipe... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm one of my FAVES!!! Answer: shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Nik...remember...it's a SECRET! Answer: Well, I am just enticing with a title of a recipe :D My lips are sealed from this point on! Answer: Maybe it's that I just ate lunch, but the words 'meat' and 'pie' together are making me a little queasy, lol. I'm game though to try most anything at least once :) Answer: Well, the "official" word is: tourtiere but that is too hard to spell! LOL Answer: Maybe it's that I just ate lunch, but the words 'meat' and 'pie' together are making me a little queasy, lol. I'm game though to try most anything at least once :) 'meat' and 'pie' somehow reminds me of the Friends episode where Rachel is making the dessert for Thanksgiving and ends up putting meat in it. |
