PA choc male in NEED

Question:
 Hi everyone, me again! I have canceled leaving today and going to leave tomorrow.
I met a 2 YO choc male today at the kill shelter. Of course, not neutered. Seems very friendly but is a stray. So not much info on him.
The shelter just called as I told them to keep him safe:) He has been there 3 wks with no interest at all. Monday could be his last day.
So..........I am really stepping out here and asking for help.
My Mom has agreed to go pull him tomorrow. That way we know for sure, he is safe! But she can't keep him forever. They have 2 labs and 2 cats and my Dad says no more.
Tomorrow afternoon he will be safe but I have promised to find him his forever home. I will have my laptop and will work hard on this from the road. My Mom is willing to help with some transport, as well.
I have contacted some lab rescues but no interest, so far.
Can anyone fall in love with boy? They are calling him- Crow! I think I will name him Cash:)
