Lab Rescue in Upstate NY

Question:
 Hi All!
I was wondering is there a Lab Rescue in Upstate NY? I am NOT and NEVER WILL give my dogs up for anything. But... I do know of a lab that needs a forever home. If any one has any info I would greatly appreciate it. When I get home if he is still staked out in the backyard, I might bring him to my grooming shop. I know it is a long shot but he does not have much longer.

 I tried to e-mail the e-mail that was on the site and it was returned undeliverable. Is there any way you can help me? I am trying to convince the hubby that this lab can stay in the grooming shop for a short period of time. I would appreciate any help at all. I know this lab has seizures due to getting over heated and he lives staked outside with no shade what so ever. I hate stupid people!!!!
